District Chiefs of Staff, Associate National Commodores, and several District Commodores are at the midpoint in their two year journey with this weekend workshop, a session of the Auxiliary Senior Officer's Course (ASOC).
Facilitators of the course are Commodores Carol Urgola and Steven McElroy along with Past National Commodore Gene Seibert.
Topics covered strategic and transition planning, succession planning, and the progression from being a manager to taking a senior leadership role as the members prepare for their next role as a District Commodore or Assistant National Commodore.
