Charlotte, August 21-28. Any geography student knows that when viewing an iceberg, oly a small portion, the tip, is visible. That pretty much sums up the conference staff that plans, executes and supports every facet of the National Conference.

The tip that is visible is the finished work, ready for prime time, for everyone to see. The conference staff and their work is that part of the iceberg that is never seen (unless you want to join them underwater as they usually feel midway through the conference). They are the unsung heroes of our conference and they earn the BZ thank you from all that attend.
