Charlotte, NC, August 26. This year NACON has 25 search and rescue representatives from seven different countries and eleven different organizations. The countries represented included Australia, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and the Philippines.

Chaired by CAPT Tom Hale, USCG, Deputy Director International Affairs, the roundtable meeting provides an excellent venue for each organization to discuss their common challenges, development, and solutions in organizing effective search and rescue programs. Sharing past experiences and achievements is an effective process in accomplishing their goals.
