DNACO-R Marie Scholle

DNACO-R Marie M. Scholle is the leading officer of the Readiness Support and Planning & Performance Support groups. She is also the lead officer of the Pacific Area. COMO Scholle resides in Fairbanks, Alaska with her husband C.W. Rusty. She has served the Auxiliary for over 13 years and is a member of Flotilla 31, District 17. Her most recent position was DCO of her District. She is very active in many Auxiliary activities; she is an instructor, vessel examiner, coxswain, and telecommunications operator. Marie has earned the coveted Trident device. She holds the distinction of being the first female patrol officer in the Fairbanks Police Department. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Alaska.

ANACO-RS Gail Venezio heads the Training and Planning & Performance Support Departments. She resides in Burnt Hills, NY with her husband COMO Tom Venezio. They have two children. She has served the Auxiliary for over 19 years and is a member of Flotilla 15-9, District 1-Southern Region. She recently served as DIR-Training. Gail retired from 20 years of public education. She enjoys stained glass work, pen making and trap shooting.

Dr. Robert B. Fong, Sr., DIR-T, is responsible for the Training Department (T). He resides in Mears, Michigan with his wife Carol. They have four children. He has served the Auxiliary for over 10 years and is a member of Flotilla 31-6, District 9-Central Region. He previously served as Deputy of the “T” Department. His goal is to bring to the membership a new, robust, quality training product that is reliable and meets the needs of member training requirements.

Mr. Joseph O’Leary, DIR-H, is responsible for the Human Resources Department (H). He resides in Oceanside, New York with his wife Linda. They have four children. Joe has served the Auxiliary for over 10 years and is a member of Flotilla 13-13, District 1-Southern Region. He previously served as the Deputy of the “H” Department. ”I will continue to work hard for the Auxiliary and their needs,” he said.

ANACO-PS Stephen R. Salmon heads the Measurements and Strategic & Contingency Planning Departments. Steve resides in El Sobrante, California with his wife Christina. They have six children and they are the proud grandparents of 13. He has served the Auxiliary for over 10 years and is a member of Flotilla 17, District 11-Southern Region. He previously served as a District Captain. He is a former business CEO and a University Administrator. Before joining the Auxiliary he and his wife circumnavigated the globe by sail, a journey lasting eight years.

Ms. Krista Tinney, DIR-S, is responsible for the Strategic and Contingency Planning Department (S). She resides in West Deptford, New Jersey with her husband Daniel. They have three children. She has served the Auxiliary for eight years and is a member of Flotilla 32, District 5-Northern Region. She is also the Auxiliary Sector liaison with Sector Delaware Bay and recently served as her Division’s Commander. Her current theme is “Contingency Planning-Learn It, Love It, Do It.” “Electronic communication is not a phase, it is here to stay,” she said.

Mr. Dennis Mullins, DIR-M, is responsible for the Measurements Department (M). He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dennis has three children. He has served the Auxiliary for four years and is a member of Flotilla 54, District 8-Eastern Region. He recently served his Division as its Commander. Dennis is a CPA and investment manager. He loves water activities, owning two power boats, a personal watercraft, and a kayak.
