DNACO-S Bruce Miller

DNACO-S Bruce Miller is the leading officer of the National Mission Support Directorate and the Chief Information Officer of the Auxiliary. COMO Miller resides in Edmonds, Washington and is a member of Flotilla 21, District 13. Bruce has served the Auxiliary for over 20 years; his previous office was ANACO-Information Systems. He is a civilian employee of the Coast Guard, since 2002, serving as the District 13 Web Resource Manage. Bruce was the District 13 Auxiliarist of the Year in 2002. He is a polio survivor and has served in advocacy roles for persons with disabilities.

 

 

 


ANACO-GP Robert E. Nelson
ANACO-GP Robert Nelson

ANACO-GP Robert E. Nelson is responsible for the Government Affairs (G) and Public Affairs (A) Departments. Robert resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Paula. He is a member of Flotilla 5-10, District 8-Central Region. Robert has served the Auxiliary for over 8 years specializing in public affairs activities. His immediate past office was the Director of the “A” Department, Marketing and Public Affairs. He is a lighting engineer and enjoys travel with his wife Paula.

 

 


Mr. Nick Critelli, DIR-G
DIR-G Nick Critelli

Mr. Nick Critelli, DIR-G, heads the Government Affairs Department (G). Nick resides in Des Moines, Iowa with his wife Lylea. They have three children. He has served the Auxiliary for the past three years, his last office that of a Division Chief in the “G” Department. Nick is a member of Flotilla 33-4, District 8-Western Rivers Region. Nick is an attorney and a member of the Iowa National Guard.

Mr. Thomas “Tom” Nunes, DIR-A, heads the Public Affairs Department (A). Tom resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Pamela. They have three children and, proudly, nine grandchildren. Tom has served the Auxiliary for over five years; his prior office was Deputy Director of the “A” Department. Tom is a retired Coast Guard Captain, a graduate of the Coast Guard Academy. He has held many high positions in the government since his retirement from the Coast Guard, including a stint with the Commerce Department. He is a coxswain who boats in the lakes of Arizona.

ANACO-IT Daniel “Dan” Maresh is responsible for the Information Technology Group (IT) . He resides in Galena, Illinois with his wife Rosemary. They have two children. Dan is a member of Flotilla 96, District 8-Western Rivers Region. He has served the Auxiliary for over 21 years and has served in many capacities. His last office was DCO - District 8-WR.

Mr. Dale C. Crow, DIR-IU, is responsible for the newly created Information Technology User Services Department (IU). Dale resides in Pace, Florida with his wife Vickie. They have two children. Dale is a member of Flotilla 18, District 8-Central Region. Dale recently served at the District Communication Services Officer and he still serves his flotilla in that capacity.

Mr. Steve Johnson, DIR-IE, is responsible for the newly created Information Engineering Department (IE). Steve resides in Redwood City, California with his wife Abigail. Steve has served the Auxiliary for three years and is a member of Flotilla 12-4, District 11-Northern Region. He previously served as the Division Chief of the Engineering Technology group. His latest contribution to the Auxiliary is the design of the new web-based Form 7029, bringing Auxiliary record keeping into the 21st century.
